We are looking for committed people to join our board of trustees to help drive the strategic direction of OutLET, helping us prepare for further growth and expansion.

OutLET is a much-loved organsiation that is making a tangible difference in the lives of children, young people, and their families. We are looking for new trustees to help us build on this, supporting us to build links with other local authorities, grow partnerships, and continue to develop to meet the changing needs of the people we support.

We are keen to broaden the expand the skills that we have on the board and are particularly interested in talking to people with skills and experience in HR and/or financial management - however, we are open to talking to people with other skills that could be beneficial to the future development of OutLET.
